Fort Walton Beach Wrap Up

Well we have wrapped up our stay in Fort Walton Beach. I like Fort Walton but we came here to early. Probably March the weather would be much more agreeable. Fort Myers, or for that matter, south Florida has the best weather in January and February. However the main purpose in our coming here was a complete success. Mary got to spend a lot of quality time with her favorite son and we attended a number of church functions with him. There was a Mardi Gras dinner, a Seniors dinner, and a church school play we attended along with dining at some world class restaurants. Being from central South Carolina we were amazed at the amount of wind here along the coast. In South Carolina we barely get a breeze but here the wind blows constantly. I'll post the last of the photos we took before we left for Orange Beach.
