Life in the Keys

She of the many facial expressions and I had a wonderful evening mixing with the locals Wednesday evening. A friend from another lifetime of Mary's that lives down here took us to place called Lorelea. Lorelea is best described as a Keys beach bum sort of bar/restaurant/outdoor entertainment spot complete with a live band under a raised Tiki Hut and a Magic show during intermission. The band was OK but the magician was Vegas quality. I am amazed he isn't booked out there on the strip. The food was excellent, the band was loud and the magician was stupendous. I promised myself I would bring up the weather but it is just fabulous sitting outside 8:00 in the evening listening to the band and eating great food while the soft breezes off the gulf rustle the palm trees. In any event it was a great evening. Photos below.
