Fort Walton Beach Continued

The good times continue. The weather has been perfect and the activity out on the water keeps us from getting bored. So far I have read one complete Lee Child novel sitting by the water and watching the ducks, pelicans, herons and boats. Lee Child writes novels about a guy named Jack Reacher. Jack is ex military and lives a vagabond life. He has no suitcase, no extra clothes and carries only a folding toothbrush. When his clothes get dirty he buys new ones at a thrift shop and throws the old ones away. Along the way he gets into all kinds of exciting situations. Good novels for the beach.  We haven't done any sightseeing since we've arrived as we have been to Fort Walton many times in the past and have seen everything there is to see. So far Publix, Walmart and Target have been the extent of our travels. The overseer's favorite son visits just about every day so they spend a lot of time catching up on family stuff. The overseer got a terrific picture of the sunrise yesterday which will be posted at the end of this posting.
The view from the dining room window.

Lots of sailboats travel by.

A double barge which is unusual

Sunrise in the tropics

Our friend comes every morning.

Heeeeeeeeeeeee's back.
