The Fog

Once again my uncanny ability to get lost and my trusty GPS device struck. We were scheduled to go from Ocala to Fort Walton Beach but out GPS deviced called for a turn that was highly suspicious but me, being the trusting soul that I am, followed it. We wound up on the outskirts of London. The fog here is so thick you could cut it with a knife. Mid day sun below.

The fog here lingers all day and then about dusk turns into pea soup. By early morning visibility drops to zero. Oh, how I miss Key Largo and Fort Myers. Sunny skies, gentle breezes and blue skies. More pictures below.

However, in spite of all the fog here in London for the last few days and the dreary, damp weather there were a few bright spots. We went for a late breakfast at Mary's favorite breakfast spot The Doughnut Hole. Pictures below.

Again, in spite of near zero visibility and several near death experiences we ventured out for dinner at the Bay Cafe one of our favorite restaurants. Pictures below.
